REFUND POLICY

Damage & significant delays

In the unlikely event the Artwork arrives damaged, we will send a replacement free of charge. To arrange this please contact us at hello@michaelduckworthfineart.com  

To preserve the legitimacy of the Limited Edition prints, please send photographic proof that the Prints and Certificate of Authenticity have been destroyed

 

We offer refunds if the product arrives damaged or is significantly delayed (postage delays which could be considered normal, or delays due to items being held up in customs will not be refunded). What constitutes a significant time delay is at our discretion. In either cases we may request return of the products so that we can dispose of them. The returns in these cases will be at our cost, and refunds can be withheld until the returns are received by us.

Other refunds

If you are not happy with your artwork. We offer a no quibble refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping

​

Please do not send the product back to the printer. It must be sent to the artists Address (email hello@michaelduckworthfineart.com for further details).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of any shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please note, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
